Yes, but it’s up to you to interpret that: there has to be some yellow in there!
We reserve the right to delete photos that don’t meet a minimum of yellow content

2. Looks more like a blog to me?
The home page is blog based, but look further, and stop by the community pages where you’ll find a forum and image gallery. You can have your own image gallery to post your photos.
